An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential counselling service provided by employers to support the well-being of their employees in both work-related and personal matters.

Our EAP services include counselling for work-related issues like performance problems, workplace relationships, stress management, as well as personal and family concerns such as anxiety, grief, parenting, and domestic violence.

How we can help.

What to expect

We go beyond the traditional EAP packages by actually getting your staff engaged with the services. We will come to your business to do a short meet & greet with your employees where we can answer any questions they may have regarding services.

We also offer a video conference with each quarterly report to discuss results and solutions to your biggest challenges.

Counselling

Our lead counsellor Kierra has been working as a Counsellor supporting a wide range of clients and concerns across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Diploma of counselling, as well as being trained as a Gottman couples therapist to better support interpersonal conflicts.

Reporting

As part of our EAP services, we provide quarterly reporting on the key findings within your business (confidentially, of course).

Kierra also has a degree in Human Resources, and as such is also able to adopt a HR approach to guide your business on key areas of concern and the subsequent solutions to improve workplace culture and performance.

Pricing

Our pricing is straight forward with no surprises. There is a once off $250 set up investment which also covers the meet & greet.

From here, you just pay for what you use! Sessions are charged at $130 per hour + GST, and you can decide how many sessions each staff member and their family is eligible for (this can be adjusted as needed too). A fortnightly invoice will be sent out for the number of sessions used, and that's it!
