While I have been working with a diverse range of clients over the years, my passion lies in attachment and relationship counseling to support my clients in creating more intimate, meaningful, and lasting relationships.
You can expect a safe, friendly, and welcoming experience when working with me, where I predominately draw upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques to help identify and improve your specific challenges.

I’ve always been fascinated by the power of the mind, the wisdom of the body, intuition, and our innate ability to heal. While training as a Certified Health Coach over 10 years ago, I felt like something was missing in our approach to healing on all levels. Through my own spiritual and self-development journey, I now understand more about our multidimensional nature - that there are aspects of ourselves beyond what we consciously perceive and these aspects can affect us in our day-to-day lives in profound ways.

This understanding led me to train in regressive hypnosis, which allows the individual to move beyond their conscious mind and access their own higher guidance system, which is the ultimate authority. I feel incredibly honoured, humbled, and excited to be doing this transformative work.

While I'm here to create meal plans tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and food preferences, I'm also passionate about educating women on hormone health. I guide them on balancing their hormones, reducing stress, increasing energy levels, and feeling amazing in their skin. For those struggling with weight or binge eating, I'm here to help you feel confident in your body and develop a really healthy relationship with food. The aim is not just a short-term fix, but a transformation that lasts a lifetime.
