Couples Therapy

Start with the Gottman Relationship Assessment

For the most effective start, we recommend completing our Gottman Relationship Assessment before your first session. This in-depth online questionnaire explores your communication, conflict patterns, intimacy, and shared meaning. Your therapist reviews the results in detail beforehand, giving you a tailored roadmap and helping you make the most of every session.

6-Week Online Couples Program

Our 6-Week Online Couples Program is a flexible, Gottman-based course you can do from home — as a stand-alone alternative to therapy or alongside it. With practical exercises, guided reflections, and proven tools, you’ll strengthen communication, deepen intimacy, and build a healthier relationship at your own pace.

Our team has experience across private practice, hospital-based inpatient units, and schools, helping people with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, emotional regulation difficulties, disordered eating, attachment challenges, and family or relationship issues.
