Our team has experience across private practice, hospital-based inpatient units, and schools, helping people with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, emotional regulation difficulties, disordered eating, attachment challenges, and family or relationship issues.

Accessing Psychology Support
You can see one of our Psychologists with or without a referral, here is what you need to know:
With a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP):
If you visit your GP and request a Mental Health Care Plan, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. After your GP appointment, simply contact us with your referral and we’ll get your session confirmed.
Private Appointments:
You’re also welcome to book privately at any time — no referral required. Private health rebates may apply depending on your fund and level of cover.

Yes, at we do accept GP referrals. The current rebate for MHCP’s is $114.75 per session.
Please note that Mental Health Care Plans (MHCPs) are only available to psychology sessions.

You can claim your psychology sessions through most Private Health Funds. Rebates are not available for counselling or couples therapy at this stage.

A Counsellor provides talk therapy and emotional support using evidence-based approaches to help with a wide range of challenges.
Psychologists can also provide talk therapy and may offer assessments and diagnoses.
Psychiatrists are medical doctors who can diagnose mental health conditions and prescribe medication.

Standard sessions run for 50 minutes.
Everyone’s journey is different. Some people benefit from just a few sessions to solve a singular issue/concern, while others find ongoing support helpful. The duration and frequency of sessions is totally within your control, guided by recommendations by your therapist.

Yes, we offer both in-person and online counselling to make therapy more accessible and convenient for you.

Yes, we provide counselling for those who are self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants.
For self-managed participants, invoices are provided for you to claim through your NDIS portal.
For plan-managed participants, we invoice your plan manager directly for a smooth, hassle-free process.
