Dietetics on the Sunshine Coast

Nutrition support that works with your life, not against it.

Food and nutrition can have a huge impact on how we feel — physically, mentally and emotionally. But looking after your nutrition shouldn’t mean restrictive diets, confusing rules or being told to completely overhaul your life.

Our dietetics service provides practical, evidence-based nutrition support tailored to you, your body and your lifestyle.

Whether you’re navigating gut concerns, food intolerances, women’s health, chronic health conditions, feeding concerns or simply want to feel better and more confident about what you’re eating, we’re here to help.

What can a dietitian help with?

Gut health & digestive concerns

Bloating, abdominal discomfort, changes in bowel habits and reactions to certain foods can be frustrating — especially when you’re not sure what is actually causing them.

Dietetic support can help you explore your symptoms, understand potential dietary triggers and develop an individualised approach that supports your nutritional needs without unnecessarily cutting out foods.

Women’s health & nutrition

Our nutritional needs can change significantly throughout different stages of life.

Dietetic support can help with nutrition relating to women’s health, energy, nutritional deficiencies and other health concerns, with recommendations tailored to your individual circumstances rather than a one-size-fits-all diet.

Nutrition support for children & families

Feeding kids isn’t always straightforward.

Whether you have concerns about your child’s nutritional intake, food allergies or intolerances, growth, gastrointestinal health or general nutrition, Ingrid can work with your family to provide practical recommendations that make sense in everyday life.

The goal isn’t a “perfect” diet. It’s helping your child get the nutrition they need while making food feel more manageable for the whole family.

Chronic disease & health conditions

Nutrition can play an important role in managing many chronic health conditions.

Dietetic support can help you understand your individual nutritional needs and make realistic changes to support conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, cardiovascular health and other ongoing health concerns.

Food allergies & intolerances

Figuring out which foods are causing symptoms can feel like a guessing game — and unnecessarily restricting foods can sometimes create more problems.

Ingrid can help identify and manage food allergies and intolerances while making sure you’re still meeting your nutritional needs and enjoying as much variety as possible.

General nutrition & feeling your best

You don’t need a diagnosis or specific health concern to see a dietitian.

If you’re feeling tired, confused about what you “should” be eating, concerned about nutritional deficiencies or simply want to improve your overall nutrition, Ingrid can help you build an approach that feels realistic, balanced and sustainable.

Ingrid is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who provides supportive, individualised nutrition care for children, adolescents and adults.

Her approach is practical, compassionate and evidence-based. Rather than focusing on perfection, Ingrid works with you to understand what is happening, what your body needs and what realistic changes could make a difference.

She has a particular interest in gut health and gastroenterology, allergies and intolerances, women’s health, paediatric nutrition, chronic disease and enteral nutrition.
