Ingrid |Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)
Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours)
Ingrid is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about helping people feel more confident and less overwhelmed when it comes to food and nutrition.
With over four years of experience across hospital, community and regional health settings, Ingrid has supported children, adults and families with a wide range of nutritional concerns. Her approach is warm, practical and individualised — taking the time to understand what is actually going on in your life before creating strategies that feel realistic and achievable.
Rather than focusing on quick fixes or rigid rules, Ingrid works collaboratively with her clients to build sustainable habits that support their health long-term. She believes nutrition advice should fit into your life, not require your whole life to revolve around it.

Ingrid’s approach
For Ingrid, nutrition is about much more than being told what you “should” and “shouldn’t” eat.
She enjoys getting to know each client’s goals, lifestyle and challenges and then working together to find practical strategies that can actually be maintained outside of the consulting room.
Having worked closely alongside doctors, psychologists, nurses, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals throughout her career, Ingrid also values a collaborative approach to care — particularly when physical health, nutrition and mental wellbeing overlap.
Whether you’re looking for support for yourself, your child or your family, Ingrid’s goal is to help make nutrition feel clearer, more manageable and sustainable.
