Counselling

Individual therapy is more than just talking – it’s a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. Our holistic, person-centred approach means we look beyond symptoms to understand the bigger picture of your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Through evidence-based techniques, compassionate guidance, and a focus on your unique needs, we help you gain clarity, build resilience, and create lasting positive change in your life.

We offer solutions for individuals through traditional therapy, group sessions and our extensive range of online resources.

Couples Therapy

We see relationships as living, breathing connections that need care, understanding, and intentional growth. Our Couples Therapy sessions provide a safe space for partners to explore challenges, deepen communication, and rebuild trust – all through our holistic, person-centred approach.

By looking at the emotional, mental, and lifestyle factors that shape your relationship, we help you and your partner reconnect, resolve conflicts, and create a stronger, more fulfilling bond.

Couples Therapy is available through traditional sessions or excelled Marathons.

Psychology

Here at My Wellness Mindset, we believe psychology should go beyond simply treating symptoms – it’s about understanding the whole person. Our Registered Psychologist combines evidence-based therapy with a holistic, person-centred approach, considering your mind, body, environment, and lifestyle.

Whether through one-on-one sessions or comprehensive psychological assessments, we create a safe, supportive space where every part of your well-being is valued and nurtured.
