Hi, I’m Kierra – your Coach for this journey. I’m so glad you’re here!
With a background in psychology and years of experience working as a registered therapist, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, more connected relationships. My approach blends evidence-based therapeutic models with practical, real-life strategies to help you communicate better, understand each other more deeply, and reconnect with intention.
While I’m stepping into the role of a coach for this workbook, everything I share with you is rooted in my professional training and years of clinical experience. This program draws on proven methods from couples therapy—including tools from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy—combined with a supportive, down-to-earth coaching style to guide you week by week.
Think of me as your compassionate teammate—here to support your growth, challenge unhelpful patterns, and cheer you on as you create lasting change in your relationship.
